Let them eat steak!

Our dealer partner gave us a very specific deadline–a celebratory steak dinner for the new facility. 

This wasn’t just any new facility either. The Henry Dale and Betty Smith Football Center is a world-class 100,000 square foot, $79.2 million home for the Fighting Illini football program, including expanded strength and conditioning and sports medicine space, coaches' offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms, and other areas for recruiting and prospect hosting.  

Football is very hungry work, so all those people needed a space to eat, and gather. 

But there were complications: damaged items, misprinted laminates, and other hurdles. Suzanne made absolutely sure that our factories prioritized the fixes needed to make the install date, including 3 rush tables gratis while we replaced the custom pieces. The customer was super happy.

And much steak was eaten and enjoyed by the team and their whole support squad, right here in their new home.
