Live, create, launch in this entrepreneurship incubator.

2021 is the 11th straight year that the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah has been ranked among the top 25 schools in the country for entrepreneurship by the Princeton Review, and Lassonde Studios have been a huge part of that success since 2016.

In 2019 alone, this innovative program worked with 7,400 aspiring student entrepreneurs who launched 446 startup teams, enrolled more than 2,000 students in entrepreneurship courses, and awarded $1.4 million in scholarships and tuition waivers for students to experience what it takes to start a business.

All students at the University of Utah are welcome to “live, create, launch” in the architectural marvel that has been featured by publications including The New York Times and Architectural Digest. Inside Lassonde Studios, students can join a live-learn community and participate in many programs and activities, including mentor hours, startup office, maker space, social events, startup pitches, and more.

So they did all that, and we just made a whole lot of beautiful, custom, organic multi-species TruePlank hardwood tables for students to sit at, scattered all over the five-story building, while they create the next Apple or Tesla.

It takes all kinds, right? Teamwork makes the dream work? We helped!
