To our valued customers,

During this challenging time, I want to update you briefly on FurnitureLab’s COVID-19 preparedness. FurnitureLab is fully committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and the broader community. As a precaution, we were early to enact increased safety and cleaning measures internally at our HQ to keep our team as healthy as possible. Currently, most of our administrative and sales staff is working remotely. Everyone has full connectivity to our systems from home so there will be no change in the service you’ve come to expect from FurnitureLab.

We are open for business. Most of our production facilities are still up and running, with strict prevention protocols in place to minimize contact and keep employees and their families safe.

With the situation evolving day-to-day, please contact your account manager for up-to-date lead times on specific products.
 
We also know that staying connected to you in a meaningful way is critical. In order to keep everyone safe, now through at least the end of May, all presentations to our dealer and design partners will be done remotely. This is not new for us. We’ve been hosting remote webinars in a soundproof webinar room for years. Our GoToMeeting platform allows as many as 150 remote attendees at a time. If you or your team are working remotely, this is an easy way to stay engaged.

More importantly, for every webinar presentation we give through the end of June, we will donate $50 to Feeding America, which benefits food banks throughout the US. Just drop your account manager a note and we’ll get you on the schedule.
 
Our website now includes a page with COVID-19 cleaning recommendations for our tops. As always, your account manager is ready with expert advice for all products.
